2023 Clean Cities Training Workshop

The 2023 Clean Cities Training Workshop will be held on Sept. 7–8, 2023, at the Hilton McLean Tysons Corner in McLean, Virginia, just outside Washington, D.C. The workshop will provide training for coalition directors around managing successful coalitions, as well as opportunities to share expertise, success stories, and lessons learned.

This workshop will immediately follow a stakeholder summit on Wednesday, Sept. 6, to celebrate the Clean Cities 30th anniversary.

Attendance for the training workshop will be limited to coalition directors, co-directors, and coalition staff only please. If you would like to send more than two people to the workshop, please email Wendy Dafoe.

Online registration is closed. If you or your stakeholders are not already registered, you can register at the event site.

Lodging

A hotel room block is reserved for workshop attendees at Hilton McLean Tysons Corner. The lodging rate will be $229/night plus taxes. Click here to reserve your room directly. Per the hotel policy, cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival will forfeit one night’s room and tax.

Workshop participants should arrange for their own transportation to and from the airport.

Getting to and from the airport
The Hilton McLean Tysons Corner is accessible by flying into Dulles International Airport or Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport. The workshop is approximately a 20-minute drive from Dulles and approximately 25 minutes from Reagan.
